Changes to booking system

Tudor Practice is changing the way you request GP appointments.

From week commencing 7th July, we will be implementing a new system called Total Triage. This system is designed to ensure that all patient queries and appointment requests are appropriately prioritised and managed, resulting in quicker and more effective responses to your healthcare needs.

How does it work?

  1. initial contact: When you contact the Surgery, whether by phone, online or attending the Surgery, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire relating to your concern.
  2. Review process: Our team will assess your information to decide the best course of action. This might include booking an appointment with a GP, arranging a call-back from a member of our clinical team, or directing you to self-help resources or other appropriate services such as Pharmacy First.
  3. Prompt Response: You will receive a timely response with clear instructions on the next steps, ensuring your health needs are met efficiently.
